The Whitchurch Association manages this website gillnethercottcentre.org.uk. This website is managed on a day-to-day basis by a small team of volunteer trustees and residents, known as WACOMMS – Whitchurch Association Communications team.

The remit of this team is three fold:

  • to act as an editorial team to ensure content complies with normal standards of acceptability – and to monitor submissions for illegal, abusive or malicious content before publication.
  • to maintain the website as a community resource.
  • to manage the technical side of the site with additional technical support from 3rd parties where trustees deem this necessary.

Please note that the website does not accept general business advertising/promotion ads. However, the staging of special events would be considered.

The website does not represent any individuals or organisations and is non-political.

Data within Google Analytics is protected with a strong, unique, password known only to trusted individuals within the Whitchurch Association.
